Sub-Cool FM were called in to install a ceiling cassette heating and cooling system to provide year-round climate control for this popular London restaurant and bar. To fit in with the stylish, luxury decoration of the venue, SubCoolFM custom painted the ceiling units onsite to ensure they remained discreet and did not affect the ambience. The system used comes with full wi-fi control to allow the owner remote access and the ability to have the temperature perfect for the moment you arrive in the building. SubCoolFM also provided an in-house demonstration of the system to ensure that the staff understood all the controls and were instantly able to make the most of the new system.
This job came up in the middle of winter. The client was looking for an effective heating system as well as air conditioning for the summer. On arrival, the building was below minus 1. The team at SubCoolFM put on their woolies and ensured a quick turn-around for the customer.

Following a heating failure at the busy Hove restaurant, SubCoolFM were called in at short-notice to provide a solution. The entire team turned up out-of-hours and worked a 20-hour shift to ensure the restaurant was warm again, its customers comfortable and the manager’s problem solved.

Fed up of a previous contractor charging to repair a 10-year old system, Jacob at SubCoolFM was called and asked to give a full assessment of the heating and cooling system. After an initial short term repair to keep the shop comfortable for its customers, the owner decided to upgrade to a full Mitsubishi electric replacement system. The new system is now running quietly, smoothly and cost-efficiently.
